Refund policy

If your pass or lifetime plan isn't useful to you, we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@cvali.com within 7 days of your purchase, from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order ID if you have it.

What happens next

• We confirm your refund within 2 business days.
• The refund goes back to your original payment method through Razorpay.
• Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations

There's no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel. A pass ends by itself after 30 days and never renews. Files you downloaded stay yours.
