Terms of Service

Last updated July 3, 2026

By using Cvali - the scanner, resume builder, cover letter generator, job tracker, or Chrome extension - you agree to these terms.

The service

Cvali gives you an ATS match score, keyword analysis, AI-assisted resume and cover letter drafts, and a simple board to track applications. Scores and suggestions are generated by an AI model and are directional guidance, not a guarantee of interview or hiring outcomes.

Your content

You own your resume, job descriptions, and anything else you upload or paste. You're responsible for making sure what you submit is accurate and yours to use - don't upload someone else's resume without their permission.

AI-generated content

Resume rewrites and cover letters are drafted by an AI model based on the resume and job description you provide. Review everything before you submit it anywhere - Cvali doesn't verify factual accuracy of AI-generated text against your real experience.

Fair use

Anonymous (no-login) scans are currently unlimited as part of the MVP. This is a courtesy, not a guaranteed right - abuse (automated scraping, bulk scanning unrelated to real job applications) may get rate-limited or blocked.

The Chrome extension

Autofill only fills forms - it never submits an application on your behalf. Review every filled field before you hit submit; Cvali isn't responsible for incorrect or incomplete applications.

No warranty

Cvali is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It's an early-stage product - features may change, and occasional downtime or bugs should be expected.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Cvali evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
