Refund Policy
Last updated September 2, 2026
This policy covers one-time Cvali Pro purchases - the 30-day, 90-day, and Lifetime plans.
Purchases are non-refundable
All Cvali Pro purchases are final. Once a payment is completed and Pro is active on your account, it is not refundable - in whole or in part - including if you stop using the product, change your mind, or do not get the job-search outcome you were hoping for.
Cvali gives you an ATS match score and AI-assisted drafts. It does not promise interviews or offers, and no tool honestly can. Buying Pro removes usage limits; it does not buy a hiring result, so an unwanted outcome is not grounds for a refund.
Try it before you pay
There is no trial period after purchase because the free plan is the trial, and it does not expire. Before paying anything you can scan a resume without even creating an account, and a free account adds another scan plus three AI resume rewrites and three cover letters a month. The resume builder, all ten templates, PDF and DOCX export, the job tracker, and the Chrome extension are free with no limit at all.
That is enough to see the exact quality of the output you would be paying to get more of. Please use it before you buy - once a purchase is made it cannot be reversed.
Nothing renews on its own
Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no card kept on file, nothing charges again automatically, and there is no cancellation step to remember. A 30-day or 90-day plan simply ends when its period is over and your account returns to the free plan, with every resume, scan, and tracked application still intact. Lifetime does not expire.
Because nothing auto-renews, there is no such thing as an unwanted renewal charge on Cvali.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Cvali does not receive or store your card details.
